My Name is D.S.Rao, one midnight two kids screaming at the doors, age around 6years and other one is 15years. My mother went and took them inside room and woke me up.

When we ask them what had happen? they said that, police came and took the parents in the jeep with out any informing. or they bother to information to the neighbor.

I rush to the police station, police was feared me and force me to sing on a blank printed paper ware it is written that “Investigation com Arrest Memo”.  I do not want to sing, but they did not listen to me and force me to sign. After getting signature police declared that they have booked case under sec. 498a, to all the 3 members except children. They are aged around Female 80& 55, male 60. I do not agree to it because complainant (wife) and Husband both at hydrabad how come these 3 people mother & sister, brother-in-law saying at Kolkata. But police did not listen to me and said! If you want to say anything, tell in the court not here.

After that I have seen the dark days in their family still 1 year, with a fear entire family use to stay at my home till late night, assuming that police may come again without any reason and take them away. I have seen blood tears in their eye.  I wonder what type of crime is this. Even in a murder case, with out death body no one is arrested.

After 3year, I have been implemented along with my parents under the same section. Than I have strongly decided to do something to help people. I do not want; see any one to suffer like this.

“Law should be for offence not for issues”, all family problems are issues not the offences.

I have seen 82 years old women have been jailed with out a trial. I have seen entire family consumed poison to kill them. Even police claim that, we have nothing to do. Law it self is made gender biased.

Lawyer says that if you ask me to help in murder case it is easy, but not in 498a. Husband means, criminal for police and court. I have seen family who shifted themselves due to ashamed.

I was in search of group in the internet if found that “Save Indian Family”. I inspired and started in 2005 at Kolkata in the name of “Bharat Bachaw Sangatan” to provide free counseling to prevent suicide. We provide free counseling to those pre 498a couple for reunion. We prevent husband and their families take any escape roots. We educate them to keep faith on judiciary.

During this 4 years we understood that, men too is a human being, he has so many issues, he too face lot of domestic problem, he too abused by his wife. He too gets torture. We understand that suicide rate in men is very high compare to any one in the family. We understand married men suicide rate is very high compare to unmarried men. We come to know married men have been forced to be a child less father. We come to know husband have been divorce for silly reason and force divorce.

We come to know how husband is extorting hug money.  We come to know husband is force to pay a maintenance to his educated and cash rich wife. We come to know that men is been force to be the bread winner of his family to an extent to sell his kidney, blood…..ect. We found crime against men is more than women. Men is been used on most dangerous job. Even men is been used as a protector and unpaid body guard in the family. Men have been left worse than an animal. Animal has a shelter, and ministry.

Finding all the facts, we have created another organization in the year 2009 in the name of ‘HRIDAYA-Nest of Family Harmony” (www.hridaya-nfh.org)to escalate all the issue in government and administration from west Bengal. Every one is conveyance about gender biased law are not good in the society.

Last 19 years almost 1 million people have been victimized, till 2005 no one has raised the voice. Women sentiment has dominated so badly. But law is not made for women, Law is made against husband. 

Recently we have received a copy letter from the President, directing to the Law Ministry to action on petition of Mr. D.S.Rao.

We want men ministry, we want to prevent extortion, abolish all biased laws in India, and we want to save Indian family system. We want women and men, children’s equally respected and protected, law should not interfere in family issues. For dispute already civil law are there, for offence all the criminal laws are there.

We want to build home for destitute men’s. We want children ministry should be separated from women ministry.   

We have not found nay problem and any negativity; we got a good response from every ware from the day one of our activism. In fact people are looking for such group. We need to work a lot; we need to understand more about the men. Men don’t want to discuss his emotional problems openly assuming that it will be neglected and feel ashamed. Now we create a platform to discuss about his problems. We plan to make the self help grouping every city in the country. India need such organization to have better family system to develop

 sandya (Fminist) is saying that women need the equal property rights. Because women are deprived from parents property.

My argument is way you need a law for this, it is an understanding that in the society that all women, children, men are getting equal property rights and it is being shared with out a laws. your parents hard earn money and you need law for that.

2^nd argument is during the marriage most of the women take her share as a “sthree dhan” or a cash gift or a property along with her which is more than her property share. And brother and parents give gladly because she is going to settle in a well do family perhaps she will have better life than us.

3^rd argument is there marriages like love and arranged,were groom family disagree to accept any “shree dhan” or a cash gift, property.

Now just see the argument, NTR made the law in equal property right it may the liquid cash or the movable or immovable property. She is very happy with the law. But how come to her words parents should not take any money or any gift, property. Or give.    

Other hand she is saying that there should be a law and another hand you are saying that during the marriage no exchange or financial transaction. If happen so it will name as a dowry (what is the meaning of dowry?)

1. She (Sandya feminst) is claiming that our organization is for women not for the wife.

How many cases they have received from the mother-in-law and what action had been taken so far?  You all know very well. Yes we are worried about the mother-in-law because they have been putting jail with out a trial. They have been abused by the daughter-in-law. So far society is treating them as evil. We have been separated from the basic mind set of human being.

But way are you not claiming that you are a wife right organization. When my mother requested for to the feminist organization to reconcile my daughter-in-law, but your have refused saying that daughter-in-law should complaint.

In kolkata when rezwanur rehaman died, feminist organization visited the priyanka todai not to the mother of rezwanur way? Is rezwanur mother is in more loss? Or a priyanka. Did priyanka fight for rezwanur justice? or his mother ?

1. Sandya (Feminist)  is claiming that no one should dominate at house.

This is another problem of the feminist organization. They have objection on domination of mother-in-law or any senior member of the house.  They understanding is it self is wrong leadership is not domination. Leadership holds the responsibility it works for wealth of the family. And it dose not come in one day it’s comes after so May efforts in the family. Leadership is not given; it is taken by his/her best with effort and efficiency. Leadership is not the post it is a quality. Leadership is not made it is born.

 Sandya (feminist) wants a non leadership family to prevent the violence.

As per her point is very clear that leadership of mother-in-law will not be tolerated any more, if that is there we create more and more laws and fight for the cause. Now we can understand what she is saying. This is what a women organization.

1. Sandya (Feminist) is saying that you all take a stand that we will not take a dowry mother-in-law can have a peaceful life.

Here the massage is clear that mother-in-law is suffering and they have lost the peace and they need a peaceful life. Such dowry will transaction will not affect husband mother-in-law or father-in-law of husband. Were both are liable for such transaction.

As per her statement; whole problem is leadership in the domestic violence not the dowry demand. Any institution should have the leadership that to a senior person, other wise that institution will fail. It’s believe that no institution will run peacefully with out a leadership.  

1. Sandya (feminist) saying by forming mother-in-law association will not help to prevent the exchange of dowry. And we should not separate the women.

First of all this organization formed to save mother-in-law and sister-in-law from various legal Terrorism laws. This group formed by those who have been separated from the women and women organizations. So there is no question of uma challa to separate some one from women or a women organization. These women organizations have bee separated men from women and women from men. Mostly husband from women, and women from husband. Child from parents and parents from child, father from child, child from father.

Uma I am your fan, you did a wonderful debate, with lot of patience your stand was very strong and effective.

It very sad that ! our own country citizen have been arrested by our own country police. just to show the power of arrest by the police. Like a British government use to do it before independent of India.  FIR against a accused should not treat as punishment order. Even a criminal should  not be arrested against FIR becase police has no right to desied wether he is innocent or a criminal. For good socity we should be able to change the criminal to the good citizen. I belive that only court have the power to issue a such arrest warrant, no one else. Police has the duty to perform the job given by the court of law not by government.

Most of the case police want the judicial custody or a police custody saying that investigation is pending, it may hamper his investigation, or he may runaway from the town, city, and the country.

How many people have been arrested by the police obeying court arrest warrant. It is Very, very less because, the day arrest warrant issued by the court immediately accused come across about it and he applies for the bail and it is granted. But here accused is not even know what all about case and what are the allegations, and FIR got register against him generally accused like 498a, other domestic law are easy been arrested because they do not belive that they done crime. So, they do not belive run away from the place. Especially case like 498a & DV act., Wife live the house saying that my cosine getting married or my mother is ill or going for delivery, fistival ect.. After few days/months/year police drop in and arrest entire family along with children and old age parents. There after Extortion & black mailing begin up the few lacks. Most of the police interested in arresting a accused subject to his interest how much money he get by doing such arrest. Most of the police obey his opinion of arrest not the court of law.

In most of the arrest made by the police against FIR is more than the court warrant. Most of the court warrants are been taken bails in the court it self. So, who is providing the security to a persion/citizen police? or court of law?  Who suppose to protect a person/citizen as first aid (as per law under section 21)?  Is police is more power full than a court of law? It is very clear to all that most of the cases police arrest a persion and court gives the bail. Do you mean that police amending the law and judges are breaking the law?

Wearer police were doing is right so far? And layer are making all true cases? For this cause people of our country is drawing  more peace and harmony? Than way are the courts?. Let’s complete the trial of case at police station itself.

I am very sorry’ to those layers who protest against such social benefit of law. For ther benefit, they may do the protest saying that their fee on appearance in the court should increase.

489a is not for misused, if feminist accused. Today when I call lake police station and asked for the recent case of Mrs. Sumita Gaguly were case has been resisted against Mrs. Usha Ganguly at Lake Police station. Most of the media had covered that report. But police is saying that we have no such case got registered when I asked for arrest. Police is deliberately neglecting the case to avoid the arrest. Because she is feminist, this is a real 498A case because husband is drug edited person and she had a physical injury on head.

Still police want the evidence to arrest the Mrs.Usha Ganguly. Same feminist influence the police to arrest the common man and his family including women. However I believe that misuse against feminist and politician is very difficult, because police investigation is very very good.

main fact is not the dowry, there are various problems for such dowry deaths like

first all case get register irrespective of the death of daughter-in-law.

1) Daughter in-law is not adjustable in the family. a) if any body of the family hurts she feels alone and she her self separate from the family. She dose not want to disserve it any more. B) she fight back and try to create differences and goes to extreme level and try to harm other in family. finally she will be killed during the drama in out of hanger which normally mudder takes place. Which is .02% only.

2) another situation is that during match making girl side find boy is very rich and financially very strong with good. some how they want grab the match by giving some false commitment like we are also financially very strong we will pay to our daughter high lump sum amount which is beyond there status & limits. Under impression that once marriage is done, what they can do? After some time boy side family find them self cheated and insulted. Its cause clash of echo on both sides and both of them try to prove wrong in other side. Finally she can’t win the false she kills her self to punish their in-law.

During match making both side see that weather other parties is financially good or not as per their status? Also they that family and the girl is good or not? And also they see that will this match run for long time or not? And than marriage is fixed.

there may is lot of cases that girl side financially very sound only daughter, but boy did not like marry as she is a dark sik or a less education. but that guy faces a dowry law
